Today is supposed to be a day for a Florida Law Update. However, I have been unexpectedly in court all day helping a colleague in trial. I just got back a few minutes ago. I will get us caught up with a Florida update sometime later this weekend and will also add a young lawyer tip on Memorial Day as well.

Good morning all!! Just writing to let my readers know that the blog will be on temporary hiatus starting today for approximately two weeks as this weekend I will be getting married!! We will be heading for our honeymoon the following day, returning on April 27th. I will try to get us back up and running on the 28th, but at the latest will be back by May 2nd. I hope you enjoy reading this blog as much as I enjoy writing it. See you all real soon!!
Welcome to my brand new blog! I am a partner at the Miami law firm of Clarke Silverglate & Campbell, P.A. I have started this blog with the following core concepts in mind — giving back to the legal community by providing practice tips to young attorneys, keeping fellow bar members updated with relevant legal updates, and providing friends and followers with a peek at some of my hobbies. I plan to update the blog five times per week. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I will provide practice tips, Federal and Florida legal updates, respectively.
